Membership and eligibility

Deedloom offers an Impact Member subscription for $15 per month and an Executive Producer subscription for $40 per month. Membership enrollment is for people 18 and older; you must attest that you meet this age requirement when creating an account and before enrollment.

Subscriptions fund community-funded direct-aid projects. The amount or percentage assigned to a particular project, the allocation process, recipient checks, fund custody, and disbursement timing have not been specified. No particular project share or outcome is promised. A membership is not represented here as a charitable contribution, and no tax-deductible status or tax treatment is promised.

Billing and cancellation

Membership is billed as a monthly subscription and renews automatically each month until canceled. Checkout is hosted by Stripe and started through Polsia’s billing service. After signing in, open the billing portal from your profile to submit a cancellation. Submitting a cancellation request stops automated billing renewal instantly. After cancellation, you retain full, uninterrupted access to membership perks, dashboard tools, and community voting rights until the final day of the active monthly billing cycle. The portal displays the cancellation effective date.

Polsia’s platform fee is 3% per subscription invoice. Deedloom receives 97% before Stripe processing fees; the processing-fee amount is not specified. How funds are allocated to projects after fees has not been supplied.

Refunds and official notices

Subscription charges are non-refundable once funds are pooled for community initiatives, except for verified technical system malfunctions or duplicate billing errors. Billing dispute claims must be submitted within 14 days of the transaction date. Approved refunds will be processed and returned within 5 to 10 business days.
